Cheeses & Crust received a grant of $10,000. This unique startup focuses on providing the Lakeland community with fresh-to-order grilled sandwiches with their house-made bread. The Cheeses & Crust team is made up of Aaron Jenkins, Jeremy Camp, Kwame Boakye, and Kevin Smith. They received the grant in order to purchase dough-forming and dough-dividing machines that will allow them to increase productivity.
